Product Introduction: The American standard necked butt-weld flange is also a type of flange. It is different from the national standard necked flange. It includes the flange thickness, flange inner diameter, flange bolt hole center distance size, bolt hole diameter, number of bolt holes. The only two identical points are: 

1) All of them have the same shape of necked flat-welded flange. 

2) The welding methods are the same. The welding methods all involve inserting steel pipes, pipe fittings, etc. into the flange and connecting the equipment or pipeline through fillet welds.  

Main processing techniques 

Forgings: Raw materials enter the factory → Material re-inspection → Cutting → Heating → Die forging → Machining → Heat treatment → Precision machining with CNC lathe → Drilling bolt holes with CNC drill press → Removing burrs with deburring machine → Repeated inspection of product defects → Marking with lettering machine → Cleaning with high-temperature ultrasonic grease → Sorting and shipping.
