Product Introduction: The standard flange with necked weld is also a type of flange. The applicable standards are HG/T20592-2009 and GB/T9115-2010. These two standards are the most commonly used. The nominal pressure ranges from PN1.0Mpa (10 bar) to PN25.0Mpa (250 bar). 

Main processing procedures: For forgings and molding: Raw materials arrive at the factory → Material inspection → Cutting → Heating → Die forging → Machining → Heat treatment → Precision machining with CNC lathe → Drilling bolt holes with CNC drill press → Removal of burrs by deburring machine → Repeated inspection of product defects → Marking and engraving with lettering machine → High-temperature ultrasonic grease cleaning → Packaging and shipping.
